I won against my aches and pains, and I learnt a lot along the way.
I decided I wanted to help others reduce their pain, lose weight, improve their mental health and take back control of their bodies again like I did.

This programme is designed for women over 50 who don’t want to exercise on the floor because they:

Now that’s not to say that men or younger women can’t sign up. It’s simply that I created the videos with a specific audience in mind so I could cater to the most common issues they have.
The exercises are easy to follow and simple to do. They include a mixture of standing and seated exercises that help improve flexibility and movement.
No fancy equipment or exercise mats are required – just a chair and some basic household items for some of the lessons (tins and a towel, for example).
This is a gentle exercise program with modifications for those that need them, and suggestions for more progressive exercises once you feel more confident.
These aren’t fat-burning aerobics workouts full of intensive exercises. So if you are already pretty active and prefer a more strenuous workout, then this programme probably isn’t what you are looking for.

Yes, of course. I designed this programme specifically for women over 50 who struggle with mobility and balance, but that doesn’t mean it is limited to them. If you think you’d benefit from a seated and standing exercise programme, then you are more than welcome to join up.
However, please bear in mind that this is a gentle exercise programme to deal with specific issues, so if you are already running marathons every weekend and want a workout that challenges you, this probably isn’t the right programme for you.
Don’t worry. If you are struggling with any of the movements, I’ve included modifications to help you out. And if you find the lessons are too difficult, I’m always on hand to provide guidance on how to modify an exercise to suit your body. Plus, my monthly Q&A webinar is the perfect place to get more tips and advice on making the programme work for you.
